摘    要:本文利用微菌落技术建立了一种对细菌进行快速定量测定的方法,其基本方法为将待测标本定量接种于醋酸纤维素薄膜上,经37℃5h培养,染色后对标本区的微菌落作显微镜计数,用本法与平板计数法同时对大杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌悬液进行测定,得到很好的相关性,对72份尿液标本测定结果作统计学分析,二者差别无显著性。

Abstract:This paper described a microcolony method for rapid enumeration of bacteria. In brief, a certain amount of samples were inoculated on the cellulose ? **, acetate membrane which had been placed on the incubation pad- Aftt-r incubated for 5h at 37 C. the membrane was dried and stained. The number of micro- colonies were counted under the microscope- The microcolony count of bacteria on the membrane correlated well with the plate count of E. coli, S. aureus and bacteria in urine.
