| 摘 要： | 目的观察比索洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭（CHF）的疗效。方法105例慢性CHF患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用常规抗心力衰竭治疗；治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用比索洛尔。治疗6个月后观察患者的心率、血压、超声心动图及心功能改善程度。结果治疗组治疗后患者心率、血压明显下降（P〈0．01），临床症状和心功能明显改善。结论比索洛尔治疗慢性CHF安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of bisoprolo on chronic heart failure. Methods 105 patients with chronic heart failure were divided into two groups viz. normal controls（ routine anti-heart failure therapy）, bisoprolo treated group（ bisoprolo ＋ routine anti-heart failure therapy）. The heart rate, blood pressure, echoeardiogram and heart function of the patients were measured after 6 months. Results The heart rate, blood pressure of the bisoprolo treated group was decreased（ P 〈 0. 01 ）, the clinical symptom and heart function was improved. Conclusion The therapic effect of bisoprolo on chronic heart failur is clear and safe. |
