| 摘 要： | 卵巢上皮癌伴腹水患者34例，随机分为2组。A组：采用术前PAC方案化疗加腹腔化疗，2－3个周期；B组：单纯腹腔化疗2周期。结果：A组22例患者经治疗后，完全缓解（CR）5例，部分缓解（PR）12例，无变化（NC）5例。B组12例患者经腹腔化疗后CR0例，PR4例，NC82例。表明采用术前全身化疗和腹腔化疗相结合的方法，疗效较好，为手术创造了条件。

| Abstract: | Thirty-four epithelial ovarian carcinoma (EOC) patients with ascites were divided into two groups: group A (n=22) receiving preoperative chemotherapy with PAC regimen plus abdominal cavity chemotherapy 2 or 3 cycles; group B (n=12) undergoing abdominal chemotherapy only 2 cycels. Results showed in the group A 5 of them were complete remission (CR ), 12 patients were partial remission (RP) and 5 no change (NC), while in the group B, CR was zero, 4 patients PR and 8 NC. It was concluded that pre-operative chemotherapy combined with abdominal chemotherapy is a valuable method in the treatment of the patients with EOC |
