| 摘 要： | 通过开展系统化的、以护生为主体的整体护理的临床护理带教,将整体护理的观念贯穿于临床带教中,运用护理程序为教学手段,并结合实际进行带教,使护生树立了"以人为本"、"以病人为中心"、"以人健康为中心"的整体护理思想,同时调动了护生的主动性和积极性,将整体护理应用于临床带教中,有利于培养护生成为具有专业知识和技巧,又有独立性、能解决问题的现代护理人才。

| Abstract: | By carrying out systematic clinical nursing education , which do the main body of nursing students, the concept of integral nursing will throughout the clinical teaching, apply nursing program for the teaching methods, combine with actual teaching, so that nursing students established a ＂people - oriented＂ , ＂ patient - centered,＂ ＂ human health - centric＂ thinking of integral nursing thought, meanwhile, the activity and intiative have been aroused, integral nursing applied to clinical teaching is benefical to cultivate nursing students into a modern nursing personnel who have professional knowledge and skills, independent, and be able to solve the problem |
