激光辐照自体血回输治疗慢性肝病疗效观察及机理探讨

目的:观察JLX-1型激光血疗仪治疗慢性肝炎、肝硬变的效果,探讨其作用机理。方法:血疗组和对照组各20例。血疗组采取自体血200ml经氦、氖激光辐照和充氧处理15分钟回输,每周3次,10次为一疗程。观察血疗前后NO水平、NK细胞活性、血液粘度的变化。结果:血疗组ALT和TBIL降低显著高于对照组,总有效率显著高于对照组。NK细胞活性和血液粘度无明显变化。NO水平显著高于血疗前。结论:激光血疗具有改善临床症状和促进肝功能恢复的作用,其作用机理与NO水平升高有关。

THERAPEUTIC EFFECT AND ITS MECHANISM OF LASER QUANTUM IRRADIATION ON AUTONOMOUS BLOOD IN TREATMENT OF CHRONI CLIVER DISEAESE

We had observed the therapeutic effect, nitric oxide levels , natural killer cell activities and blood theologic changes in chronic liver disease patients with laser quantum irradiation on autonomous blood therapy. Fourty patients with chronic hepatitis or liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into groups with the therapy and control. The patients in therapy group were treated with 200ml autonomous blood which had been irradiated with helium-neon laser quantum fox 15min.The therapy was ended as it went up to ten times (three a week). The results showed that the total therapeutic effect rate (85%, decrease of serum ALT and total bilirubin levels) in therapy group at termination of the treatment was higher than in control (p<0.01 ); This procedure didn't influence NK cell activities and didn't change blood rheologic parameters, while it could increase serum nitric oxide levels. These findings suggest that laser quantum irradiation on autonomous blood therapy can improve liver function tests and clinical symptoms. The mechanism of the treatment might be related to increased secretion of endogenous nitric oxide, which stimulates liver cell synthesis
