| 摘 要： | 目的 分析脑结节性硬化症的CT影像表现，进一步认识其影像特征。方法 对19例脑结节性硬化患者的CT影像表现进行分析。结果 (1)皮层和皮层下病灶：CT显示病灶58个，面包圈样改变病灶23个，局部小片状高密度7个病灶，等密度伴有钙化点病灶28个。(2)脑白质病灶：CT发现6个病灶有钙化点，提示该处有病灶。(3)室管膜下病灶：CT发现钙化结节127个。其中2例合并巨细胞星形细胞瘤，CT表现为高、等、低混杂密度。结论 CT不仅可以显示室管膜下钙化结节．也可以较好地显示出皮层及皮层下结节。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To improve our knowledge by analyzing the findings of CT imaging of tuberous sclerosis. Methods 19 patients with tuberous sclerosis examined with CT were analyzed for findings of CT imaging. Results (1)Cortical and subcortical lesions: 58 tubers were found on CT. Among them there were 23 lesions like bread cycle,7 slightly high density lesions and 28 iso-density lesions with calcified spots. (2)White matter lesions: 6 iso-density lesions with calcification were found on CT. (3) Subependymal lesions:127 calcified nodules were found on CT. 2 of 19 patients were accompanied with subependymal giant cell astrocytomas showing hyper-, iso-or hypo-mixed density on CT. Conclusion CT can show not only subependymal calcified lesions but also cortical and subcortical lesions. |
