| 摘 要： | 药物性肝病是药物不良反应中较为严重的一种疾病，随着社会经济的发展，新的药物品种不断问世，药物性肝损害的发生率不断增高。因此充分了解药物性肝病的发病机制、易感性因素以及及时地诊断、治疗非常重要。本文在阅读大量文献的基础上，对药物性肝病的研究进展进行了系统综述，为同类研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | Drug - induced liver disease （DILD） is one of the most serious health problems among the adverse drug reaction, and with the development of social economy and new drugs, it is more and more severity in recent years. So it is very important to comprehend the pathogenesy and susceptivity of DILD thoroughly. Meanwhile,itg important to diagnosis and cure DILD promptly.
