德湿舒治疗压疮与两种传统方法的比较

目的：比较德湿舒与两种传统方法治疗压疮的临床效果。方法：将我科室出现压疮的患者72例91处，随机分为A组（德泓舒组），B组（吹氧法组）和C组（雷佛组），观察各组压疮的治愈率和好转率。结果：A组（德湿舒组）和B组（吹氧法绀）治愈牢和有效率叫艟高于C组（雷佛组），差异有显著性。结论：德湿舒水凝胶伤口敷料对雎疮的治疗效果满意，操作方便，值得临床大力推广。

comparison of the de shi shu treatment of pressure ulcers with the two traditional methods

Objective：To compare De shi shu with the two traditional methods of treatment of pressure sores clinical effects. Methods ： In my department ,72 cases of patients with pressure sores of 91, were randomly divided into group A （ De shi shu group） , B group （oxygen blowing method group） and group C （Ethacridine Lactate group） ; observed each group pressure sores cure rate and improvement rate. Results： Group A （ De shi shu group ） and group B （ oxygen blowing method group） cure rate and efficiency was significantly higher than that of group C （ Ray Buddhist group）, there are significant differences. Conclusions ： De shi shu hydrogel wound dressing on the satisfaction of the therapeutic effect of pressure ulcers, easy to operate, worthy of clinical vigorously promoted.
