社区护理干预对脑梗死患者他汀类药物服药依从性的影响

目的：探讨社区护理干预对脑梗死患者他汀类药物服药依从性的影响及l临床效果。方法：将107例脑梗死患者随机分为干预组和对照组，干预组在药物治疗的基础上给予积极护理干预，对照组只给予药物治疗，观察社区护理干预对他汀类药物服药依从性、生活满意度和生理指标、日常生活能力、生活质量的影响。结果：1年后干预组与对照组比较，服药依从性、各项生理指标的变化等方面，差异均有显著性。结论：护理干预有利于提高缺血性脑血管病患者的服药依从性，积极应用他汀类药物，能有效调降血脂，减少脑血管事件的发生。

Study on medication compliance and therapy effects of statins in cerebral infarction with community health nursing intervention

Objective： To observe the influence of community health nursing intervention on medication compliance and therapy effects of statins in cerebral infarction （CI）. Methods：The research object were divided into two groups by given community health nursing intervention or not. A total of 107 CI patients were given common therapy. The test group were given community health nursing intervention for 1 year. The medication compliance,life satisfaction, physiological indexes, ADL（activies of daily living）and life quali- ty were observed 1 year later. Results ： There was a significant difference in terms of medication compliance,life satisfaction, physiolog- ical indexes, ADL（ activies of daily living） and life quality in test group patients before and after intervention （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： The community health nursing intervention can increase the medication compliance and decrease the TC and reduce the cerebrovascular events.
