摘    要:内地西藏班的建立,是国家为“智力援藏”而实行的一项特殊的民族教育政策,是中国现代教育史上的新事物。这些藏族初中生大多数是未成年人,他们远离亲人,只身来到上海,环境、生活、学业、文化等都会对他们的人格塑造产生一定的影响。基于此背景,我们对在上海市嘉定区某所学校就读的来自西藏地区的藏族初中生进行了个性特质与应对方式的相关研究,现将结果报告如下。

Abstract:Objective:To understand the correlation between personality traits and coping styles for junior high school students from Tibetan in Shanghai so as to provide the basis about mental health. Methods:Total 208 junior high school students age less than or equal to 15 years old cluster selected from Tibetan in Shanghai finished Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) ( Junior Edition ) and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire (TCSQ) test. The data were analysised by SPSS17.0. Results: (~Among junior high school students from Tibetan in Shanghai, N Scale scores of boys and girls students were higher than those of the Chinese norm, there was sig- nificant difference ( t = 4. 857,10. 509, P 〈 0.001 ) ; L scale scores of boys and girls students were lower than those of the Chinese norm, there was significant difference (t = 8. 448,12. 610 ,P 〈0. 001 ) ;(~)E scale scores of students from urban areas and complete families were higher than those of students from rural areas and single - parent families, there was signifieant differenee( t = 3. 773,2. 644, P 〈 0. 001,0.01 ) ;(~)Compare with other scale scores about different gender, different grades, whether he(she) was or not the only child, there was not significant difference( P 〉 0.05 ) ;@Among junior high sehool students from Tibetan in Shanghai, high neuroticism ac- counted for 43.9% , introversion personality accounted for 32.0% ,high psychoticism aceounted for 15.7% ;(~)The eorrelation was sig- nificantly positive between P (Psychotieism) and negative coping( r = 0. 393 ,P 〈 0.01 ) ; the correlation was significantly positive be- tween E (Extroversion) and positive coping (r = 0. 418,P 〈 0.01 ) and significantly negative between E (Extroversion) and negative coping (r = 0. 177, P 〈 0.05 ) ; the correlation was significantly negative between N (Neuroticism) and positive coping( r = 0. 250, P 〈 0.01 ) and significantly positive between N (Neuroticism) and negative coping ( r = 0.631, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions : Person- ality traits for junior high school students from Tibetan in Shanghai showed more high neuroticism, introversion, high psychoticism, low concealment. The students whose personality traits was high psychoticism and high neuroticism more used negative coping styles, while the students whose personality traits was extroversion more used positive coping styles.
