脑电生物反馈治疗在焦虑症患者中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨脑电生物反馈治疗对焦虑症患者的焦虑心删及愈后的影响。方法:将本科住院的焦虑症患者60例随机分成观察组和对照组,两组患者采用同样的治疗和常规护理外,观察组实施,生物反馈治疗,使患者情绪稳定、心理放松,减轻其焦虑抑郁心胖。2周后进行焦虑抑郁状态评分。结果:观察组患者的焦虑抑郁状态明显低于对照组,差异有显著意义(P〈0.05);观察组疗效明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。,结论:脑电生物反馈治疗可减轻焦虑患者的焦虑抑郁心理,提高了个体对应激反应的意识及疗效,并且使自己有能力控制这些反应。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the efffects of EEG biofeedback treatment for mental anxiety and prognostic of anxiety disor- der. Methods:Undergraduate hospitalized patients with anxiety disorders 60 cases were randomly divided into observation group and the control group, the two groups of patients with the same treatment and routine nursing, the observation group implementation bio- feedback therapy, the patients emotional stability and mental relaxation, reduce their anxiety and depression. Two weeks later, anxiety and depression score. Results: Anxiety and depression of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, thc difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the efficacy of observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions: EEG biofeedback therapy can reduce anxiety in patients with anxiety and depression, improve indi- vidual awareness of the stress response and efficacy of treatment, and so they have the ability to control these reactions.
