西酞普兰合并舒肝解郁胶囊治疗抑郁症的对照研究

目的：研究两酞普兰合并舒肝解郁胶囊治疗抑郁症的疗效和安全件。方法：将80例抑郁症患者随机分为单用组（阿酞普兰组）和合并组（西酞普兰合并舒肝解郁胶囊组），各40例，共治疗8周，用汉密尔顿抑郁馈表（HAMD）、副反应最表（TESS）评定疗效和不良反应。结果：治疗后两组HAMD评分较治疗前均有显著性下降（P〈0．01）。治疗后第1、2、4、8周末，合并组的HAMD评分均显著低于单用组，且有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。合并组显效率最著高于单用组，有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。两组不良反应少而轻，发生率无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：西酞普兰合并舒肝解郁胶囊治疗抑郁症，具有起效快、疗效好、不良反应少的优点。

Citalopram combined with Shuganjieyu Jiaonang in the treatment of depression

Objective：To explore the efficacy and safety of Citalopram combined with Shuganjieyu Jiaonang in the treatment of depression. Methods ：80 depression patients were randomly divided into the single group （Citalopram group） and the combined group （ Citalopram combined with Shuganjieyu Jiaonang group） , each of group the 40 cases, a total of 8 weeks of treatment, using the Hamil- ton Depression Scale（HAMD） and the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS） to evaluate the curative effect and side reaction. Results： In two groups after the treatment, HAMD score before treatment was significantly（ P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment , first weeks, 2 weeks ,4weeks ,8weekend, with combined group HAMD score were significantly lower than single group, and the difference was statisti- cally significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The combined group was significantly higher than that of the single significant efficiency group, the differ- ence was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Two groups of less adverse reactions and light, there was no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions： The Citalopram combined with Shuganjieyu Jiaonang in the treatment of depression has fast effect, good curative effect, less adverse reaction advantages.
