老年患者集尿袋两种更换时间的效果对比观察

目的：探讨老年患者集尿袋更换的恰当时间。方法：将在院老年患者留置导尿时间≥7天的87例患者随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组44例，对照组43例。实验组每3天更换1次集尿袋，对照组每日更换1次集尿袋。每周留取尿液标本一次，若发热、引流尿液混浊或有结晶随机留取尿液标本送培养及尿常规检查，判断感染阳性率，比较两组患者的尿路感染率。结果：实验组尿路感染21例（47．73％），对照组为30例（69．77％）。两组老年患者尿路感染阳性率差异有统计学意义（χ2=4．36，P〈0．05）。结论：护理老年留置导尿患者时每3天更换1次集尿袋优于每日更换1次集尿袋。

Elderly patients with urine collection bags two replacement time effect observation

Objective：To explore the appropriate time of replacement of urine collection bags in elderly patients. Methods：87 elderly patients with indwelling catheter time ≥7 days were randomly divided into experimental group（44 csaes） and control group（ 13 csaes）. The experimental group ev- ery 3 days to replace the 1 urine collection bags,The control group replaced daily I urine collection bags. Patients with indwelling catheterization of the weekly take urine specimens, if the fever, drainage of urine turbid, crystallization at random urine specimens sent for culture and urine routine examination. Judged infection positive rate,comparing the two groups of patients with urinary tract infection. Results： In two groups of elderly patients with urinal＇ tract infection positive rate had a significant difference（ χ2 =4.36 ,P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion：Nursing care for older patients when every 3 days to replace the I u- rine collection bags are superior to daily replacement of 1 urine collection bags.
