| 摘 要： | 精神分裂症病人６１例随机双盲分为哌泊塞嗓组（男性２５例，女性６例，年龄４０±ｓ９ａ，每４ｗｋｉｍ１次，平均剂量１１±３５ｍｇ／４ｗｋ，共６次）和氟哌啶醇组（男性２４例，女性６例，年龄３８±９ａ，每４ｗｋｉｍ１次，平均剂量１２０±２８ｍｇ／４ｗｋ共６次）。结果：ＢＰＲＳ减分率、总显效率、生效时间２组差别无显著意义。

| Abstract: | Sixty-one schizophrenics were randomized into two groups blindly for comparison,the pipotiazine group(M 25, F 6;age 40± s 9 a,dosage 110± 35 mg/4wk,im for 6mo)and haloperidol group(M24,F 6;age 38± 9 a,dosage 120±28 mg/4wk im for 6mo).The results showed that there were no significant difference between the two groups on the rates of reduced scores on BPRS,total effectiveness and the period of appearing antipsychotic action. |
