诱导物对二氢嘧啶酶的作用

摘    要:D对羟基苯甘氨酸可由二氢嘧啶酶水解DL对羟基苯海因制备得到。本文对Pseudomonas putida9801 菌所产生的二氢嘧啶酶诱导物进行了筛选。得出最佳的诱导物为甲硫乙基海因,最适诱导用量为0 .1 % 。与不加诱导物相比,采用分步诱导可以使酶活力增高近30 倍。

Abstract:The effect of several inducers on the activity of dihydropyrimidinase in grown %Pseudomonas putida% 9801 which biosynthesis %D p% hydroxyphenylglycine was studied. The best inducer is methylthioethylhydantoin. The optimum concentration of methylthioethylhydantoin is 0.1%. Compared enzyme activity of stepwise addition with enzyme activity without adding inducer, the activity of dihydropyrimidinase increases almost 30 times.
