摘    要:目的评价营养宣教对小学生掌握营养相关知识以及养成合理、健康饮食行为的远期效果,为制定小学生营养宣教合理方案提供科学依据。方法于2005年对5 a前(2000年)接受过营养宣教的小学一年级学生(55人)及其对照组(58人)进行营养知识、行为问卷随访调查。结果干预组在干预1 a后和5 a后的营养知识得分均明显高于对照组(P值均<0.05);干预后第5年营养相关行为干预组较对照组改善明显,但改善效果不如干预1 a后。结论营养宣教对小学生获取营养知识、培养健康的饮食行为具有长期的影响,但是这种影响有随时间逐渐淡化的趋势。因此,营养宣教应注意反复性和持续性。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the long-term impact of nutrition education on pupils' nutritional knowledge obtaining,reasonable and healthy behavior formulation,and to provide scientific evidence for appropriate nutrition education program among pupils.Methods A nutrition knowledge-behavior questionnaire survey was performed among intervention group(55 students) who received nutrition education and the control group(58 students) who did not received nutrition education five years ago.Results The average score of nutrition knowledge of intervention group was significantly higher than the control both in the second year and the sixth year(P<0.05).The intervention group made a better performance in the nutrition related behaviors than the control group in the sixth year,but the effect was not obvious as in the second year.Conclusion Nutrition education has long term positive impact on nutritional knowledge obtaining and healthy behaviors cultivation of pupils.But the impact gradually declines through the time.Repetition and consistency nutrition education should be carried out.
