小儿腹股沟斜疝腹腔镜高位结扎术124例临床分析

目的探讨小儿腹腔镜行腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎手术方法、疗效及优缺点。方法 2006-07～2008-12对124例小儿腹股沟斜疝实施疝囊高位结扎术治疗,其中行腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术69例(腹腔镜组),传统的经皮切开手术55例(传统组)。结果腹腔镜组较传统组手术时间短,术后需用镇痛药的例数少,住院时间短,住院费用高。结论腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术与传统术式相比,具有手术创伤小、术后疼痛轻、恢复快、住院时间短、无切口瘢痕等优点,是治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝较理想的手术方式。

Clinical analysis of laparoscopic high ligation for indirect inguinal hernia in 124 children
