大黄粉配合降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死的观察与护理

目的:观察急性脑梗塞发病后48h内不同时段应用大黄粉配合降纤酶溶栓治疗的效果,探讨相关护理对策。方法:采用随机抽样法将急性脑梗死的94例病人分成对照组48例,治疗组46例。治疗组在对照组治疗措施的基础上给予大黄粉配合降纤酶溶栓治疗,并采取相关护理措施,观察、比较其疗效。结果:治疗组血浆纤维蛋白原显著下降,基本痊愈率(20/46)明显高于对照组(10/48),未发现脑、心、肝、肾等重要脏器的不良并发症。结论:溶栓时间越早,基本痊愈率越高;要加强对高血压患者等高危人群的健康教育;大黄粉配合降纤酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死,也适用于错过最佳溶液栓时间的病人。

The observation and nursing of acute brain obstruction treated by the defi-brase with rhubarb powder

Objective The observation of the curative effect and nurse of acute brain obstruction treated by defibrase (for injective) and rhubarb powder after different times in 48h. Method 94 patients are divided into two groups. 48 cases gived the convention treatment (control group), 46 Cases treated by the defibrase and rhubarb powder on the basis of the convention treatment (treatment group). Results The fibrin of the plasma in the treatment group are markedly declined than the control group. The basic cure rate of the treatment group (20/46) are obvious higher than the control group (10/48) . No bad complications of the important organs (brain, heart, live, kidney) are seen in treatment group. Conclusion The cure rate is the best the early of the thrombulysis. The health education must be done in the hypotension populations. The treatment of the rhubarb powder and defibrase (for injective) are useful for the suitable time of the thrombulysis being over.
