| 摘 要： | 目的测定金胆片中龙胆苦苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱仪法,色谱柱:Thermo Hypersil ODS2 C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(24∶76)为流动相;流速1mL.min-1;检测波长为270nm。结果龙胆苦苷在进样量为0.07～3.5μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.0%,RSD值为0.66%。结论该法可用于金胆片中龙胆苦苷的含量测定。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To determine gentiopicrin in Jindan Tablets.METHODS The HPLC analysis was carried out on Thermo Hypersil ODS2 C18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,the mixture of methanol-water （24：76）was used as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 270nm.RESULTS The linear range of indirubin was 0.07~3.5μg.The average recovery of this method was 100.0% and the RSD was 0.66%.CONCLUSION The method can be used for determination of gentiopicrin in Jindan Tablets. |
