| 摘 要： | 目的建立降糖消渴合剂的制备和质量控制方法及临床疗效验证。方法采用煎煮法制备三批降糖消渴合剂,用薄层色谱法建立其质量控制方法,同时将三批样品采用对照品观察临床疗效。结果三批降糖消渴合剂的鉴别重现性好,疗效确切。结论该制剂制备方法简单,质量稳定,可以作为院内制剂使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To set up a method for identification and preparation of the Jiangtang Xiaoke mixture,and to observe its clinical effective on hypoglycemic patient.Methods To prepare three batches of Jiangtang Xiaoke with decocted and establish control methods of quality by TLC;in the same time,to observe its clinical effective.Results It was showed that the preparation was stability and there was a certain effect of therapy on hypoglycemic.Conclusion The preparation was simple in preparing and had quality of stability,so this preparation can be used in clinic as preparation of hospital. |
