试论高等医学院校的人文素质教育

高等医学院校承担着为国家培养医学人才的重任。令人忧虑的是,目前我国医学生人文素质偏低,与医学专业知识极不相称,急需提高人文素养。医学院校开展人文素质教育是21世纪医学科学发展的需要,加强对医学生以人文素质为主的文化素质教育,全面提高医学生在文学、历史、哲学、艺术等方面的文化素质,对于培养合格的医学工作者具有重要的现实意义。

Humanistic quality education in higher medical colleges

Medical colleges play the role for training medical workers for our country. The humanistic quality level of medical graduates is low now and is not accordance with the knowledge they own. So the humanistic quality of medical graduates needs to be improved. Humanistic quality education in medical college is the necessity for medical development for 21st century. Improving humanistic quality education of medical graduates, i.e. improving the quality of them in literature, art, history and philosophy are very important for cultivate qualified medical workers.
