安理申治疗脑卒中后抑郁患者认知功能疗效观察

目的探讨安理申对脑卒中后抑郁(Post-stroke Depression,PSD)患者认知功能和日常生活能力的改善作用。方法将209例PSD患者随机分为两组,常规治疗原发病、早期功能康复训练及心理干预,黛力新片,早晨及中午各一片。安理申组在此基础上联合安理申片10 mg每晚。各组患者观察并随访至16周末。在治疗前及治疗后的第8、16周末分别进行MoCA认知评估量表、ADL日常生活能力量表及HAMD抑郁量表评分。结果两组患者治疗前采用MoCA,ADL及HAMD评分,经t检验P0.05,差异无统计学意义;治疗后8、16周,安理申组与对照组以上各种评分比较,经t检验P0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论安理申能显著改善PSD患者的认知功能和日常生活能力。

Curative effect of aricept in treatment of PSD patients on cognitive function

Objective To evaluate aricept in patients with PSD on cognitive function and daily performance improvement. Methods 209 PSD patients were randomly divided into two groups, which had conventional treatment of the primary diseases, early functional rehabilita- tion training and psychological intervention treatment, Deanxit Tablets, one for morning and noon respectively, and the Arieept group at the same time combined with Donepezil hydrochloride tablets, 10 mg per night. Each group of patients was followed up to the end of 16 week. At the and of the 8 weeks, 16 weeks of pre-treatment and posttreatment MoCA Cognitive Assessment Scale, ADL Daily Living Skills and HAMD Depression Scale were evaluated. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. At 8 weeks, 16 weeks of post-treatment there were significant differences （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Aricept can effectively improve the cognitive func- tion as well as daily living skills in patients with PSD.
