阴道彩超在绝经后阴道出血诊断中的价值探讨

目的探讨阴道彩超对绝经后阴道出血排除内膜病变的诊断价值。方法选择95例就诊病历,均行阴道彩超检查和内膜诊刮,分析诊断结果。结果彩超和诊刮两种诊断方案在患者年龄、绝经年限、出血时间不同的情况下所判定结果的差异不具有显著性,P0.05。内膜息肉、子宫内膜癌的平均厚度均大于萎缩性子宫内膜,具有显著性差异,P0.05。恶性病变的子宫内膜厚度≥10 mm例数比例高于良性病变。结论子宫内膜以5 mm为临界值,阴道彩超对绝经后阴道出血排除内膜病变的病因诊断有重要的临床应用价值。

Value of vaginal color doppler ultrasound in diagnosing vaginal hemorrhage after menopause

Objective To investigate the value of vaginal color doppler ultrasound in diagnosing vaginal hemorrhage after menopause. Methods We selected 95 treatment records, which were diagnosing with vaginal color doppler ultrasound and diagnostic curettage, to an- alyze the diagnosis results. Results In comparison of vaginal color doppler ultrasound and diagnostic curettage there were no significant differences in age, years since menopause, bleeding time （P 〉 0.05 ）. Average thickness of endometrial polyps, endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial cancer were greater than the atrophic endometrium, which had significant difference （ P 〈 0.05）. The ratio of cases with endo- metrial thickness ≥ 10 mm in malignant diseases was higher than benign diseases. Conclusion 5 mm of is endometrium the critical val- ue, Vaginal color doppler ultrasound diagnosis has important clinical value in excluding endometrial lesions leading to vaginal hemorrhage after menopause.
