四君子汤对脾虚证慢性胃炎患者胃动力的影响

目的观察四君子汤干预脾虚证慢性胃炎的临床疗效及其对胃动力的影响。方法 70例慢性胃炎并存在胃动力障碍的脾虚证患者,随机分为2组:四君子汤组和莫沙必利组,每组35例;另选10名健康体检人员为正常对照组。分别干预四周后,观察各组临床疗效情况及胃排空率、胃电图等胃动力指标变化。结果所有患者组较正常组胃排空率、胃电节律等存在明显异常(P0.05);干预后四君子汤组、莫沙必利组胃排空率、胃电节律等指标均有改善(P0.01);其中四君子汤改善程度及临床总有效率明显优于莫沙必利组(P0.05)。结论四君子汤干预脾虚证慢性胃炎合并胃动力障碍的临床效果显著。

Effects of sijunzi decoction on the gastric dynamics index of chronic gastritis patients with spleen deficiency syndrome

Objective To investigate the curative effects on the chronic gastritis with spleen deficiency syndrome and gastric dynamics in- dex changes of sijunzi decoction. Methods 70 chronic gastritis with gastric dyskinesis patients whose diagnosis of TCM is spleen defi- ciency were randomly divided into 2 groups ：sijunzi decoction group and mosapride group,35 in each group, and another l0 health sub- jects were selected as the normal control. The curative effects and gastric emptying rate, electrogastrography （EGG） were observed. Re- suits Compared with the normal group,the sijunzi decoction group and mosapride group had obvious abnormity in the gastric emptying rate and gastric electrogram rhythm before intervention（P 〈0.05 ） ;while their gastric emptying rate and gastric electrogram rhythm had been improved after intervention, and the sijunzi decoction group was better than mosapride group in total effective rate and partly gastric dynamics index（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The clinical effectiveness of sijunzi decoction for the chronic gastritis and gastric dyskinesis patients with TCM diagnosis of spleen deficiency syndrome is significant.
