摘    要:目的建立清热解毒合剂的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,以甲醇-水(75∶25)为流动相,在波长289 nm处测定清热解毒合剂中靛玉红的含量。结果靛玉红在浓度0.143~7.152 mg.L-1范围内呈现良好的线性关系,平均回收率为101.53%,RSD为0.32%;3批清热解毒合剂中靛玉红的含量分别为3.680、3.514、3.505 mg.L-1。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为清热解毒合剂的质量控制方法。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method to determine the content of Qingrejiedu Heji. Methods HPLC was used with the, mot,lie phase of methyl alcohol-water(75:25)to detect the content of indirubin in Qingrejiedu Heji at a wavelength of 289 nm. Results lndinm- bin had the linear range of 0. 143 -7. 152 mg L-1 and the average recovery was 101.53% ( RSD =0.32% ) ;the content nf indirubin in three batches of Qingrejiedu Heji were 3. 680,3. 514,and 3. 505 mg L-1 Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and repeatihle for the quality control of Qingrejiedu Heji.
