摘    要:目的 研究急性上尿路梗阻肾核素显像特点及病理改变。方法 采用动物实验模型,核素肾动态显像及病理检查,对梗阻后不同时期的肾功能改变及病理特点进行分析。结果 梗阻1周后GFR与肾盂积水量与对照组比较差异有显著性,4周后GFR、肾盂积水量、肾重量均与对照组差异有显著性。随着梗阻时间延长,肾显影逐渐减淡,正常结构的肾小球数量减少。结论 核素肾动态显像可直接反映正常结构肾小球的存在。

Abstract:Objective To study the distinction of the renal dynamic radionuclide imaging in acute upper urinary tract obstruction and their pathological changes.Methods By building up animal model of upper urinary tract obstruction in NZ hares and using the technique of radionuclide imaging and pathology, we analysed the function and pathology changes of kidneys during the period of obstruction.Result After we have obstructed the tracts for 1~4 weeks, GFR, hydronephrosis and kidney weigh were markedly elevated, Conclusion The renal dynamic radionuclide imaging can reflect the extent of the renal damage and might be an important method for evaluating the chance of recovery of the renal function.
