影像技术在绝经期卵巢大小与应用扩血管药的相关性研究

目的：探讨利用影像技术来观察应用扩血管药对绝经期卵巢大小的影响。方法：选择正常绝经5年以上妇女30例和服用扩血管药物的绝经5年以上的妇女26例作为研究对象，均进行彩色多普勒超声观察。结果：彩色多普勒超声显示：绝经5年以上妇女萎缩的卵巢前后经与纵径之和符合2．3±1．4era，而服用扩血管药物的绝经期妇女卵巢萎缩较慢，卵巢之和大于上述值，阻力指数≥0．8；恶性病变的卵巢则不均质增大，血流丰富，阻力指数≤0．45。CT、磁共振（Mva）技术对卵巢的观察临床应用甚少，对于较小的卵巢，彩超观察更占优势。结论：绝经期高血压妇女服用扩血管药物后卵巢可增大，卵巢内可见稀疏血流信号，阻力指数≥0．8，可区别于卵巢恶性病变。

Research of between size of menopausal ovary and administration of vasodilatation drugs using imaging technique

Objective：To explore the effect of vasodilatation drugs in size of menopausal ovary using imaging technique. Methods：Thirty women with menopause more than 5 years and 26 menopausal women using vasodilatation drugs were selected as subjects. All of them were evaluation using Color Doppler. Results： Color Doppler flow imaging showed that sum of anteroposterior diameter and longitudinal diameter of women with menopause more than 5 years was 2.3 ±1.4cm, while ovarian atrophy of women using vasodilatation drugs was slower, sum of anteroposterior diameter and longitudinal diameter was larger, and resistant index （RJ） ≥ 0.8; while ovary with malignant lesions was augmented unevenly with abundant blood flow, and RJ ≤ 0.45. Conclusion： Ovary size of menopausal women with hypertension increased after using vasodilatation drugs, and rarefaction blood flow signals can be found in those ovaries, RI≥0.8, which can be distinguished from ovarian malignant lesions.
