多层螺旋CT对小儿主动脉缩窄的诊断

目的 探讨多层螺旋CT后处理图像对主动脉缩窄（COA）的诊断价值。方法 对9例临床怀疑为主动脉缩窄（COA）的患者进行心脏CT血管成像（CTA）扫描。对扫描获得容积数据利用工作站行多平面重组及容积再现（VR）、最大密度投影（MIP）重建。结果 9例患者经行主动脉CT成像检查，均确诊为COA，其中有6例合并动脉导管未闭，2例合并有室间隔缺损，1例同时合并有房、室缺。结果与手术及数字减影血管造影（digital subtraction angiography，DSA）检查结果棚一致。VR及MIP图像充分显示了缩窄及侧支循环情况。结论 多排螺旋CT（MSCT）二维与三维图像相结合对COA诊断和治疗方案的制定以及术后随访是一种非常有价值的无创的检查疗法。

Diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT for coarctation of aorta
