| 摘 要： | 目的探讨建立适合我国国情的药源性损害救济制度。方法通过对我国药源性损害救济困难的现状分析,查找救济困难的原因,借鉴国外成熟的救济模式,提出建立适合我国国情的药源性损害救济制度的建议。结果与结论解决药源性损害救济困难的问题是必要的,也是可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss how to establish drug-induced damage relief system suited to our national condition. Methods According to analysis on relief difficulties of drug-induced damage,find the reasons for these problems and use the overseas mature relief pattern for reference to put forward suggestions on establish drug-induced damage relief system suited to our national condition. Results and Conclusion It is necessary and feasible to solve the relief problems of drug-induced damage. |
