| 摘 要： | 目的观察化痰解郁汤早期治疗中风后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法80例中风后抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各40例),在常规西药治疗的同时治疗组加服中药化痰解郁方。治疗2周、8周后分别观察疗效。结果治疗后治疗组汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、神经功能缺损评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论化痰解郁汤具有较好的抗抑郁作用,并能明显促进中风后神经功能的康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of "Huatan Jieyu Decoction" in the treatment of depression after apoplexy in the early stage. Method Eighty subjects were randomly divided into treatment group in which 40 cases were treated with western medicine and "Huatan Jieyu Decoction" and control group in which 40 cases were treated with western medicine alone. The clinical effects were observed in the two groups respectively two and eight weeks after treatment. Result The scores of Hamilton depression rating scale and neural function defect scale in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion "Huatan Jieyu Decoction" has good effect on poststroke depression. |
