| 摘 要： | 目的探讨原发性肝癌复发灶的超声表现。方法回顾性分析33例肝癌术后患者超声随访表现及临床资料。结果21例规则随访组单个复发灶最大直径平均2.0cm,其中16例表现为低回声;12例不规则随访组复发灶最大直径平均4.8cm,其中8例为低回声结节。全组19例行彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)检查,团块内探及彩色血流信号15例,10例频谱多普勒测及动脉搏动型曲线,平均RI值为0.73。结论超声对肝癌术后复发的诊断可提供重要依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the sonographic findings of recrudescent primary liver cancer. Methods the ultrasonographic representation of primary liver cancer in 33 cases were retrospectively reviewed and linked with clinical data. Results In inerratic callbacked 21 cases ,the average diameter if tumors is 2.0cm ; There are 16 cases presented in B-mode sonography were hypoechoic tumors , In irregular 12 cases,the average diameter of tumors is 4.8cm ;There are 15 cases presented in B-mode sonography were hypoechoic tumors in 19 cases by color doppler imaging. Color Doppler ultrasound imaging revealed hypervascularity in 10 tumors, average RI was 0.73.Conclusion Ultrasound detection is the important evidence for recrudescent Primary Liver Cancer . |
