肺结核病人外周血淋巴细胞化学发光改变

摘    要:采用液闪单光子辐射法检测肺结核病人进展期和稳定期外周血淋巴细胞的化学发光,同时检测血浆相关性介质环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。结果显示,活动期肺结核病人淋巴细胞基础发光显著增强,植物血凝素(PHA)所诱导的最大发光显著减弱。血浆相关性指标cAMP和SOD下降,cGMP上升。上述指标在稳定期肺结核病人已与正常对照无显著差异。结果提示肺结核活动期淋巴细胞预激活水平增高,处过度变态反应状态,激活反应能力下降,细胞免疫功能低下。

Abstract:The method of PHA induced chemiluminescene(CL) of lymphocyte was used to detect the cell-mediated immune function in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. The serum cGMP, cAMP and SOD levels were examined at the same time, The results showed that the basic CL of lymphocyte increased obviously in the active stage of pulmonary tuberculosis, but the maximum CL decreased. The serum levels of cAMP and SOD decreased. but cGMP increased. There were no obvious abnormalities of above results in the stable period of pulmonary tuberculosis, The results suggest that the lymphocytes are in the preactive state and have low cellular immune functions.
