摘    要:目的:研究脊髓操作后脊髓神经元内酶学的变化,并探索睫状神经营养因子(CNTF)对神经元的保护作用,方法:用Allen改良法打击摸型致SD大鼠T8脊髓操作分别于术前及术后3,7,10d测定脊髓组织内乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)和酸性磷酸酶(ACP)的含量。结果:AChE于术后持续下降;ACP在术后第3天开始上升,第7天至最高,以后逐渐下降;用CNTF处理的大鼠上述两种酶变化的幅度较小,且整个过程也比较平

Abstract:Objective: To study the enzymic changes and protective effect of ciliary neurotrophic factor (CNTF) on neurons in spinal cord injury. Methods: SD rats were subjected to incomplete spinal cord injury with modified Allen methods. Activities of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and acid phosphatase (ACP) in spinal cord were quantitatively measured preoperatively, and 3,7, 10 days after spinal cord injury. Results: AChE activity decreased gradually after injury. ACP activity increased 3 days after injury, and reached peak on the 7th day, then recovered gradually. The rats treated with CNTF showed relatively smooth change of the 2 kinds of enzymes. Conclusion: CNTF plays a role in protecting the spinal cord neurons against injury.
