| 摘 要： | 目的：比较占替诺烟酸盐治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法：１００例脑梗死病人，其中５０例（男性２８例，女性２２例；年龄６２±ｓ８ａ）采用占替诺烟酸盐３００～９００ｍｇ加入０．００４％倍他司汀５００ｍＬ，静脉滴注，ｑｄ，１０ｄ为一个疗程，隔２～３ｄ后再用第２个疗程。另５０例为对照组（男性３０例，女性２０例；年龄６３±７ａ）采用川芎嗪１２０ｍｇ加入０．００４％倍他司汀５００ｍＬ，静脉滴注，ｑｄ，方法与疗程同前。结果：占替诺烟酸盐组总有效率８８％，显效率７２％。川芎嗪组总有效率７０％，显效率３２％，经Ｒｉｄｉｔ分析：Ｐ＜０．０５。同时还发现占替诺烟酸盐对血脂、血液流变学均有显著改善（Ｐ＜０．０１）。该药不良反应较少。结论：占替诺烟酸盐是治疗脑梗死的良好药物。

| Abstract: | AIM: To compare xantinol nicotinate vs ligustrazine in treating cerebral infarction. METHODS: Fifty patients with cerebral infarction were treated with xantinol nicotinate 300-900 mg in 0.004% betahistine hydrochloride 500 mL, iv, drip, qd for 10 d, and after 2-3 d, for the second course. Another 50 patients were treated with ligustrazine 120 mg in 0.004% betahistine hydrochloride 500 mL, iv, drip, qd, for the same courses. RESULTS: Xantinol group yielded a total response rate 88% and excellent rate 72%, which were higher than those of ligustrazine group 70% and 32% (P<0.01). Xantinol nicotinate also improved blood lipids and hemorheological parameters, and adverse reaction were mild. CONCLUSION: Xantinol nicotinate is better than ligustrazine in treating cerebral infarction. |
