白苞蒿化学成分研究

摘    要: 目的 研究白苞蒿(Artemisia lactiflora Wall. ex DC.的化学成分。方法 采用多种色谱方法分离纯化化合物,根据波谱学方法结合理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。结果 从白苞蒿乙醇提取物的氯仿萃取部位分离得到的12个化合物,分别鉴定为4-(2-hydroxyethoxy acetophenone (1,黑麦草内酯 (2,异黑麦草内酯 (3,异香草酸 (4,对羟基苯甲酸 (5,反式对羟基肉桂酸 (6,反式对羟基肉桂酸乙酯 (7,(+-松脂素 (8,(+-麦迪奥脂素 (9,(+-丁香树脂素(10,丁香酸 (11,二氢异阿魏酸 (12。结论 化合物1是首次从天然产物中分得,化合物2~12均为首次从该植物中分得,其中化合物4,7,8,12 为蒿属植物中首次发现。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Artemisia lactiflora Wall. ex DC. METHODS The comepounds were isolated by column chromatography with silica gel, C18 reverse-phase silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, and semi-preparative HPLC, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis and physicochemical evidences. RESULTS Twelve compounds were isolated from the chloroform layer of ethanol extract of Artemisia lactiflora and identified as 4-(2-hydroxyethoxyacetophenone (1, loliotide (2, isololiotide (3, isovanillic acid (4, p-hydroxybenzoic acid (5, tran-p-hydroxycinnamic acid (6, trans-p-hydroxycinnamic acid ethyl ester (7, (+-pinoresinol (8, (+-medioresinol (9, (+-syringaresinol (10, 4-hydroxy-3,5- dimethoxy-benzoic acid (11, dihydroisoferulic acid (12. CONCLUSION Compounds 1-12 were isolated from this plant for the first time, and compound 1 was a new natural product, and compounds 4, 7, 8, 12 were isolated from the genus Artemisia for the first time.
