匹多莫德联合阿昔洛韦治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的疗效及预防复发作用

目的：观察匹多莫德联合阿昔洛韦治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的疗效及预防复发作用。方法：复发性生殖器疱疹80例随机分为对照组与观察组各40例。观察组予阿昔洛韦片0．4g，po bid，匹多莫德胶囊0．4g，po qd。对照组仅予阿昔洛韦片0．4g，po bid。两组均连续用药3个月，观察两组患者临床疗效及安全性，治疗后随访1年观察其复发率。结果：观察组患者总有效率为92．5％，明显高于对照组的75．0％（P〈0．05）。观察组和对照组治疗中分别出现6例和4例的药品不良反应，均较轻微，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗后随访，观察组患者1年内复发率明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：匹多莫德联合阿昔洛韦治疗复发性生殖器疱疹疗效好，安全性好，并能降低复发率。

Curative Effect of Pidotimod Combined with Acyciovir on Recurrent Genital Herpes and its Reoccurrence Prevention Function

To discuss the curative effect of pidotimod combined with acyclovir on Recurrent genital herpes（RGH） and its prevention function. Methods：80 cases of patients with RGH were divided into control group and observation group at random, with 40 cases of patients in either group. The patients in the observation group were given acyclovir 0.4g, po bid and pidotimod 0.4g,po qd, while the patients in the control group were only given acyclovir 0.4g, po bid for 3 months. The clinical curative effect and security of the patients in the two groups were observed, and the rates within one year after the medical treatment was followed up and observed. Results：The total efficiency of the patients in the observation group was 92.5%, which was much higher than that in the control group （75.0%） （P 〈 0.05）. 6 and 4 cases of drug adverse reactions （ADR） appeared in the observation group and the control group respective- ly during the medical treatment with light symptom. There were no statistical differences （P 〉 0.05 ）.
