恩施板党对缺血再灌注损伤心肌酶和血液流变的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨恩施板党对家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:家兔40只,随机分为对照组、缺血再灌注损伤(MIRI)组、恩施板党根提取液组和水煎液组,统一标准喂养,用药组连续给药5天,末次给药20分钟后,行手术结扎家免冠状动脉左心室支,建立急性心肌缺血再灌注模型,观察急性心肌缺血和再灌注状态下血液流变学的变化及再灌注后,心肌组织酶的变化。结果:与对照组比较:MIRI组心脏舒缩功能变化明显,脂质过氧化代谢产物含量增高,抗氧化酶SOD和细胞能源ATP酶活性降低,心肌细胞LDH、CK酶大量释放。而与模型组比较:提取液组和水煎液组均能不同程度的抑制心肌组织中MDA、LDH、CK升高,增强SOD、ATP活力,影响血液流变。结论:恩施板党对心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有明显的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the protective effects of Enshi Banqiao Radix codonopsis on hemorrheology and myocardial enzyme in myocardial ischemia reperfusion rabbits. Methods: Fourty rabbits were diwided into four groups randomly; control group, ischemia reperfusion group, Enshi Banqiao Radix codonopsis extract and bolied water group, four groups of rabbits were given respectively with standard diet, after giving medicine group were used some drug. The myocardial ischemia-repeffusion injury animal model was established by ligaturing rabbits left ventricutar branch of coronary artery, observe the changes of nemodynamics and hemorrheology in myocardial ischelnia and reperfusion, and the changes of MDA、SOD、LDH、CK and ATP. Results: Model group rabbits myocardial function of shrink changed remarkably compared with contral group, the quality of lipid peroxidation substance is higher, the activity of SOD and ATP were lower, LDH and CK were higher, compared with model group, inhibit the increasing of MDA, LDH, CK, increase the activating of SOD,ATP, affect the change of hemorrheology. Conclusion: Enshi Banqiao Radix codonopsis can apparently protect myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.
