104例老年患者心理状况的调查分析

目的了解老年患者心理状况，并提出针对性的对策。方法采用症状自评量表（（self—reportingInventory，SCL-90）对104例老年患者进行测评。结果老年患者SCL一90量表各因子得分均较国内常模高，在躯体化、抑郁、焦虑和偏执4个因子得分比较，均P〈0．05，差异具有统计学意义。结论老年患者存在明显的心理障碍。应针对老年患者疾病不同时期采取不同的心理护理，同时指导其采取健康的生活方式，以缓解其负性情绪，从而提高老年患者的生活质量。

Survey of psychological state of elderly patients and nursing strategies

Objective To evaluate the psychological status of aged patients and propose strategies. Method The self- reporting inventory （SCL-90） was applied to make an observation on 104 aged patients. Results The scores on all factors of SCL-90 were all higher than those of Chinese norm. Those patients had significantly higher scores in somatization, depression, anxiety and paranoid ideation（all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The aged patients have problems in mental health at different degree. The mental nursing should be done based on different periods of disease. Meanwhile, they should be educated with healthy life style so as to alleviate the negative emotions uhimately fore the purpose of improving their quality of life.
