环指伸肌腱损伤吻接拉伸力学特性

摘    要:目的研究正常手指伸肌腱和模拟伸肌腱损伤吻接术后伸肌腱的力学性质,为临床提供生物力学参数。方法取10个手标本,解剖后暴露环指伸肌腱,将标本固定于电子万能试验机底座上,由钢丝绳吊钩沿伸肌腱纵行方向钩住、钢丝绳上端固定于试验机上夹头上,驱动机器,对标本施加拉应力,直至伸肌腱断裂,得出拉伸最大载荷、应力、应变等数据。对断裂后的伸肌腱模拟临床手术进行移位吻接,对环指各10个标本做了腱与腱移位吻接,对吻接后的标本进行拉伸实验,分别得出了吻接术后的标本拉伸最大载荷、应力、应变等数据和曲线。结果正常组环指伸肌腱最大载荷、最大应力、最大应变大于腱与腱移位吻接组(P<0.05)。结论伸肌腱损伤吻接后拉伸力学特性具有一定改变。

Ring Finger Extensor Tendon Anastomosis Tensile Mechanical Properties
Abstract:Objective To study the mechanical properties of extensor tendon after anastomosis surgery of the normal finger extensor tendon and simulated extensor tendon injury,providing the bio-mechanics parameters for clinic.Methods Sampled ten samples to fixe them on the pedestal of the electronic test machine after anatomizing,hunging it along the lengthways by steel wire hook.The upper part of the steel wire was fixed on the collet of the test machine.Drived the machine to pull the sample until breaking it,then got the maximum loads,stresses and stains.Anastomiced the breaking the groups of muscles flexor,and anastomiced digiti minimi,ring finger,middle finger,indicis,pollicis,forty breaking samples were anastomiced by sinew to sinew and sinew to periosteum.Did the pull test on the samples after anastomosis.Then got the data and curves of maximum loads,stresses and strains.Results The normal group ring finger extensor tendon maximum load,maximum stress,maximum strain is greater than anastomosis group of the tendon and the tendon displacement(P <0.05).Conclusion Tensile mechanical properties after the anastomosis surgery of extensor tendon injury have certain changes.
