| Abstract: | Magnetic resonance imaging is an important tool for the diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke,and the study of various imaging signs has important clinical significance.Fluid attenuated inversion recovery sequence vascular hyperintensity(FVH)frequently encountered in acute ischemic stroke,are known to be associated with local hemodynamic disorders,which shows the loss of flow void effect on the FLAIR sequence,presenting high signal.In recent years,researches on the correlation between FVH and cerebral infarction have become hot topics.This paper reviewed the pathophysiological mechanism,scoring methods and clinical significance of FVH. |
