| 摘 要： | 目的探讨巨细胞病毒（CMV）感染与输卵管妊娠的关系。方法制定原始文献的检索策略、纳入标准和排除标准,在中国学术期刊数据库、万方数据库、中文科技期刊数据库上联合检索1998至2008年国内专业期刊发表的论文。应用RevM an软件对CMV感染与输卵管妊娠关系的相关文献进行M eta分析,以比值比（OR）及其95%可信区间（95%CI）为效应尺度。结果共检索到相关文献11篇,符合纳入标准的7篇进入M eta分析。宫颈CMV感染与输卵管妊娠关系M eta分析的合并OR值为7.59[95%CI（4.04,14.24）];输卵管组织CMV感染与输卵管妊娠关系M eta分析的合并OR值为6.50[95%CI（3.73,11.32）]。结论CMV感染与输卵管妊娠的发生密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the correlation of Cytomegalovirus （CMV） infection with tubal pregnancy. Methods Data which were searched from www. cnki. com. cn,www, wanfangdata, com.cn and www. cqvip. com during 1998 to 2008 were made a Meta-analysis for the correlation of CMV infection with tubal pregnancy by software RevMan. The results were expressed as odds ratio （OR） and 95% confidence intervals （95% CI）. Results II relative references were found,of which 7 were included in the Meta-analysis. The combined OR of cervix uteri or uterine tube CMV infections and tubal pregnancy were 7. 59[95% CI （4.04,14.24） ] and 6.50[95% CI （3.73, 11. 32） ] ,respectively. Conclusions There is an intimate correlation between CMV infection and tubal pregnancy. |
