| 摘 要： | 自2004年2月至2007年10月应用自体牵引自主复位治疗肩关节前脱位39例，效果满意，现报告如下。
1临床资料
本组39例中男26例，女13例；年龄22～67岁，平均42．1岁，20-50岁31例，50岁以上8例；车祸伤11例，跌扑伤26例，习惯性脱位2例；左侧21例，右侧18例。受伤至治疗时间1h-2d。脱位分型：盂下型12例，喙突下型25例，锁骨下型2例，合并肱骨大结节骨折8例。
