| 摘 要： | 本文应用马氏链的理论和方法,分析某地1957～1987年脊髓灰质炎发病率资料,并对该地1988～1992年该病的发病趋势进行了预测。同时介绍了计算步骤,简要论述了预测结果的可行性与实用性。

| Abstract: | Applying the theory and method of Markov's Chains, we analyzed data on the incidence rate of poliomyelitis from 1957 to 1987 in a city and predicted the incidence tendence of poliomyelits from 1988 to 1992. At the same time, the calculating steps of the method are introduced, the predicting results and practicalities are briefly discussed. |
