甘实汤加复方丹参注射液治疗肝硬变腹水45例

目的　观察甘实汤加复方丹参注射液治疗肝硬变腹水的疗效。方法　治疗组 4 5例以甘实汤加复方丹参注射液治疗 ,同时设立常规保肝、利尿等治疗 30例为对照组 ,1个月后观察疗效。结果　治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为 95 .5 6 %和 73.33% ;1个月内腹水消退率分别为84 .4 4 %和 4 0 .0 0 %。 2组临床疗效、1个月内腹水消退率、肝功能恢复情况经较均有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论　甘实汤加复方丹参注射液治疗肝硬变腹水有较好的疗效。

Observation of combination of Ganshi decoction and Fufang Danshen injection on liver cirrhotic ascites

Objective To analyze clinical effect of Ganshi decoction integrated with Fufang Danshen injection on liver cirrhotic ascites. Methods 75 patients of liver cirrhotic ascites were allocated to control group (n=30), which was treated by routine methods of Western Medicine and treatment group (n=45), which was treated by integration of Ganshi decoction and Fufang Danshen injection, with therapeutic duration of a month in both groups. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group ( 95.56% ) compared with those in control group (73.33%,P<0.01). Conclusions That integration of Ganshi decoction and Fufang Danshen injection is a definite effect on liver cirrhotic ascites.
