| Abstract: | Medical dispute has become a problem extensively draw people's attention especially nurse-patient dispute and incidence rate of nurse-patient dispute is going up. In practical work, nurse-patient disputes were almost all resulted from the communication disorder between nurses and patients. It summarized the causes and precaution measures of medical disputes. |
