农村订单定向全科医学人才培养模式的探索

开展面向农村基层的全科医学人才培养模式的改革,既是围绕农村医疗卫生服务的基本要求、深化本科医学教育的一次改革,也是卓越医师培养计划的一项重要内容。如何培养大批符合农村基层医疗卫生需求的"下得去、用得上、干得好"的全科医生,河北联合大学经过不断探索,通过整合教学内容,优化课程设置,加大实践教学的学时比例,构建"三级阶梯式"实践基地网络等,最终建成了以"校地共育"为核心的新型"3.5+1+0.5"全科医学人才培养培养模式。

Exploration on Personnel Training Mode of Rural Orders Directed General Medicine

Carrying out the reforms of personnel training mode of rural orders directed general medicine,not only the basic requirements of the medical and health services in rural areas and the deepening reform of undergraduate medical education,but also an important content of excellent physician training program.How to train a large number of them can‘go to the rural grassroots,come in handy and well done＇in line with general practitioners in rural primary health care needs,Hebei United University through continuous exploration on the integration of teaching content,optimizing curriculum,increase hours of practice teaching proportion to build‘three ladder＇practice base network,and ultimately built a‘Schools and local co-culture＇as the core of the new ‘3.5＋1＋0.5＇general medicine personnel training mode.
