持续质量改进在经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管护理中的实施及效果

目的评价持续质量改进（CQＩ）在经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（PICC）患者中的应用效果。方法对2011年1月一12月收治且行PICC置管的40例患者进行回顾性调查，找出PICC置管护理存在的主要问题，分析PICC置管并发症的相关因素，制定相应的护理对策予以实施，并另选择2012年1月一12月49例PICC置管患者为对照，就实施CQI前后PICC置管患者并发症的发生率和患者满意率进行比较。结果实施CQI后PICC置管并发症发生率均比实施前降低（P〈0．05），患者对护理的满意率上升至87．8％，比实施CQI前明显提高（P〈0．05）。结论实施CQI有利于降低PICC置管并发症的发生，患者满意率大幅提高。

Implementation and Effects of Continuous Quality Improvement in the Care of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of continuous quality improvement （CQI） in the care of peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC）. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 40 patients who received PICC treatment in our hospital between January and December 2011, and then we found out the main problems of PICC catheter care, analyzed the related factors for complications of PICC, and formulated corresponding nursing countermeasures. PICC receivers between January and December 2012 were regarded as controls. Then, we compared the complication incidence and satisfaction of patients between the two groups before and after the implementation of CQI. Results After the implementation of CQI, complication incidence was significantly lower （P 〈 0.05）. The satisfaction degree of patients toward caring rose to 87.8%, which was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of CQI is beneficial to reduce complications of PICC treatment, and patients＇ satisfaction rate is also significantly increased.
