新时期医学生培养目标的定位和教育模式的思考

随着现代医学的快速发展和社会的进步,传统教育模式和培养目标已经无法培育出符合新世纪要求的医学人才。转变教学模式、重设培养目标,在传授医学知识、专业技能和职业道德的同时,培养医学生的表达沟通能力、学习能力、辨证思维能力和创新能力,为国家和社会输送更多符合要求的医学人才,实现我国卫生事业跨越式发展。

Locating of General Training Target and Thoughts on the Education Mode about Chinese Medical Students

With the development of the medical science,traditional education models and cultivation targets are not appropriate for training medical talents.Our country should change the educational ideas,reform the content of courses and method,and set up new cultivation targets to train medical students to have excellent communication skills,autonomous learning capability,critical thinking capability,and innovative capability.Only in this way,the medicine advanced education could train qualified medical talents to promote the development of medical and health care.
