| 摘 要： | Kalirin是新近发现的一种鸟苷酸交换因子,研究发现其具有神经保护作用。本文综述了Kalirin在常见的几种退行性神经病和精神障碍、雌激素相关疾病中的分子生物学研究进展,并对其基因表达水平改变进行了分析,提出了一些治疗这些疾病的新思路。

| Abstract: | Kalirin is a newly discovered Rho guanine-nucleotide exchange factor,It is demonstrated as a neuronal protective factor for neurodegenerative diseases.This paper article reviewed the discovery, molecular structure,type,expression and the role of Kalirin in several neurodegenerative diseases, dysphrenia and the estrogen related diseases,focused on the alteration of gene expression level,and put forward some new ideas for the treatment of these diseases. |
