两种排痰法在老年肺部感染患者排痰护理中的应用比较

目的 比较振动排痰器（G5 TherAssist^TM）排痰法与人工扣击排痰法在老年肺部感染患者排痰护理中的效果。方法 将2组性别、年龄、病程及治疗前的病情程度等均相似，统计学检验无显著差别的老年肺部感染患者分为人工扣击组和机械扣击组，分别使用人工扣击排痰与G5 TherAssist^TM排痰。比较2组患者的排痰量，罗音消失的天数，退热的天数以及振痰前后SpO2变化的情况。结果 2组患者的平均退热时间无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。而观察组的罗音消失时间较对照组明显缩短（P〈0．01）；排痰量明显增加（P〈0．01）；在不吸氧的情况下SpO2较时照组显著增加（P〈0．01）其差别具有非常显著性的意义。结论 G5 TherAssist^TM的排痰功能明显优于人工扣击排痰法。

Evaluation of Different Sputum Excretion Methods in Nursing of Old Patients with Lung Infection

Objective To probe the effects of sputum excretion with machine beating and artificial beating in nursing of old patients with lung infection. Methods All patients, who are similar in gender, age, the course of disease and condition, were divided into two groups with different sputum excretion, one with machine beating and another with artificial beating. Then the quantity of sputum excretion, the disappearing time of rales, the abatement time of fever and the changing of SpO 2 were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the abatement time of fever (P<0.05). But in the group with machine beating sputum excretion methods, the disappearing time of rales was shorten (P<0.01), the quantity of sputum excretion was increased (P<0.01), the SpO 2 increased significantly (P< 0.01). Conclusions Sputum excretion methods machine beating is better than artificial methods.
